The 21st Century is the time of transition to a high-tech information society, in which the level of education and culture of the entire nation becomes crucial to the globalization of economic, social and cultural processes taking place in the world.

The Law of Ukraine "On General Secondary Education" (Article 3) states that general secondary education is aimed at ensuring the comprehensive development of the individual through education and education, which is based on universal values ​​and principles of science, multiculturalism, systemicity, unity of education and upbringing.

The image of a graduate of the school becomes a benchmark for designing processes and conditions for obtaining educational results, the main tool for the development of schools and pedagogical staff.
